There were so many mature Norway Maples on the site that we had to choose between leaving most of them and risking blow-downs or taking them all down at once. The owner opted to take them all down and we replanted immediately.
Here’s how it looked in 2011. Growth was so strong in some areas we had to cut it back. Many plants are already reproducing and covering the bare ground.
